We are looking for a
Direct Sales Advisor to strengthen our team in Malaga. Your mission will be to optimize direct sales for assigned accounts, providing analysis, strategy, and close relationships with our clients in the hotel sector.

YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES WILL BE: Account management and performance analysis:
- To know each account in depth: hotel type, distribution channels, forecasts and contracted services.
- Analyze the pick-up, forecast and performance of assigned zones using BI tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.).
- Detect deviations and propose data-based improvement strategies.
- Identify and track rate disparities (Ratecheck).
- Prepare reports and communicate them to clients with specific improvement proposals.
Business strategy and revenue:
- Develop revenue management strategies (rates, offers, commercial conditions).
- Evaluate competitiveness against OTAs and compset (Price Seeker).
- Collaborate with Marketing in monitoring campaigns (Google Ads, Metas, Social).
- Coordinate with other departments (product, integrations, marketing) to drive joint improvements.
Customer relations:
- Maintain constant and close communication with assigned accounts through meetings, visits, and industry events.
- To provide daily support and ensure the correct use of our tools.
- Participate in relevant industry trade fairs or conventions.
WORK ORGANIZATION: Diary:
- Pick-up and performance analysis.
- Monitoring disparities and opportunities for improvement.
Weekly:
- Review of competitiveness and campaigns.
- Team meetings and trend monitoring.
Monthly:
- Sales reports and follow-up meetings with accounts and hotels.
- Traffic and performance analysis (GA4).
Quarterly or biannual:
- Visits to the head office or participation in strategic meetings.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED?- Experience in account management within the hotel sector.
- Knowledge in distribution, revenue management, tourism e-commerce and optimization of direct sales.
- Analytical skills and mastery of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Looker), Google Analytics and CRM.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
- Proactivity, organization and results orientation.
- High level of English, both written and spoken.
- Training in tourism, marketing, business management or similar.
