Our team in Colombia is growing and you can be part of it! We are looking for a reservation agent for our Call Center in Colombia with immediate incorporation.

YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES WILL BE:

• Sale of reservations in hotel establishments.
• Call attention.
• Email and reservation management.
• Troubleshooting.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED?

• Have experience in reservation management.
• It is essential to master Spanish and have a high level of English.
• A third language (French, Italian, Portuguese, German) will be highly valued.
• Have commercial skills.
• Be a person oriented toward achievement and achieving goals.
• Excellent management of interpersonal and multichannel communication.
• Be a proactive person.
