YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES WILL BE:- Sale of reservations in hotel establishments.
- Call attention.
- Email and reservation management.
- Troubleshooting.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED?- Have experience in reservation management.
- It is essential to master Spanish and have a high level of English.
- A third language (French, Italian, Portuguese, German) will be highly valued.
- Have commercial skills.
- Be a person oriented toward achievement and achieving goals.
- Excellent management of interpersonal and multichannel communication.
- Be a proactive person.
- Ability to resolve incidents and conflicts-
