Paratyworld Summer Summit ‘26
At Paratyworld, we have a date in September to wrap up the summer all together and take advantage of the last few days of good weather the way we like it best: with the full team on a great terrace. We call it the Paratyworld Summer Summit, and it is our way of pausing to celebrate what sustains everything we do here: the people who make up this company.
It has been four years since we christened this party the Paratyworld Summer Summit. Four consecutive years that have stopped being a coincidence to become a tradition and part of our team culture.
For the second year in a row, we returned to the Hotel La Barracuda, a rooftop that we already feel is a bit our own. There, we reunited away from meetings, daily tasks, and the screens that separate us from colleagues in other markets and destinations on a daily basis.
The most emotional moment had a name of its own: we presented the honorary plaque for 10 years at Paraty Tech to our colleague, Daniel Ortiz. A whole decade witnessing and being an active part of our growth. Few things excite us as much as celebrating those who build this company from within.
Our Paratyworld Summer Summit Awards also had to be there, which once again brought to light more than one hidden talent among us. Awards that we take with humor, but that speak volumes about the camaraderie within the team.
As every year, the more than 50 free stays provided by our clients were major stars of the party. A gesture we are extremely grateful for. Mind you, some came with a challenge included, and that’s when the team really stepped up: forbidden dance moves, hidden talents, and the occasional improvised aura farming.
And that is all we can share. A full day to celebrate everything we have achieved together and confirm that each edition surpasses the previous one. Thank you to everyone for making this fourth edition so much our own. Now comes the hard part: living up to it for the fifth.
