Product Manager with experience, strategic vision, and a passion for innovation to continue developing solutions that help hotels sell more through their direct channel.

Your mission will be clear: lead the product strategy, ensuring that our solutions continue to deliver real value to our customers and maintain our leadership position.
YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES WILL BE:- Define and maintain the product roadmap, in collaboration with management and technical teams.
- Coordinate with the project and operations areas.
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, feedback, and strategy.
- Drive continuous innovation and competitive evolution of our solutions.
- Establish processes and standards within the product team.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED?- +5 years of experience in digital product management, ideally in SaaS, travel tech, e-commerce, or similar environments.
- Coordination of multidisciplinary teams: design, development, QA.
- Participation throughout the entire product lifecycle: conceptualization, development, implementation, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of metasearch engines: Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, Tripadvisor, Kayak, etc.
- Knowledge and experience in B2B models, preferably within the hotel, tourism, or technology sectors.
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
- Additional training in Product Management, UX, Lean Product, Agile...
- Certifications such as Scrum Product Owner, Product School, etc. will be valued.
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Product management tools: ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, Productboard...
- Experience using customer feedback and usage data to prioritize features.
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI and customer-centric design.
- Familiarity with key concepts in the hotel industry: conversion, revenue, direct distribution, online channels.
- Strategic vision and business value orientation.
- Ability to convert market needs into concrete functionalities.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical profiles.
- Analytical mindset and focus on data/results.
- Collaborative leadership, decision-making, and team management.
