Cybersecurity Specialist

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist to strengthen our technology team in Torremolinos, in the heart of the Costa del Sol.

YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES WILL BE:

• Monitor and detect threats in systems, networks and data using SIEM, IDS/IPS and EDR tools.
• Respond to security incidents by applying established procedures to contain, eradicate, and recover affected systems.
• Collaborate in vulnerability management, analyzing scan results and coordinating their resolution.
• Configure and maintain security tools (firewalls, antivirus, content filters, etc.).
• Analyze and report suspicious activities, generating periodic reports on the state of security.
• Contribute to raising awareness about cybersecurity by participating in internal campaigns and training.
• Supporting security in cloud environments, especially on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), by applying good protection and access control practices.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED?

• Technical training in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications or Higher Vocational Training in Cybersecurity (or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role: SOC Analyst, Security Specialist or Cybersecurity.
• Solid knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs) and the current threat landscape (malware, phishing, ransomware, APTs).
• Experience with at least one SIEM, EDR or vulnerability management tool.
• Analytical skills, effective communication, and proactivity under pressure.

Valuable:

• Experience or certification in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Basic scripting concepts (Python, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
