Ring2Travel , offers customer service and reservation management for hotels in various markets.
We are looking for:- Commercial, proactive and goal-oriented profile
- Excellent interpersonal and multi-channel communication skills
- Ability to resolve incidents effectively
- National level of Portuguese and advanced level of Spanish and English
- We value knowledge of a fourth language
- Previous experience in commercial functions will be valued, but it is not an eliminatory factor.

Functions to be performed:- Answer and manage hotel reservation calls
- Manage emails and track reservations
- Actively sell reservations and associated services
- Resolve customer queries and incidents
